June Favourites ♥

Hello my Lovelies!

For my first non-introductory post, I thought that I’d do a collection of everything that I’m loving at the moment! A few of them are for summer (which is kind of relevant to the time of year unless you live in the UK lol!) but most of them are fabulous things that can be used all year round! Now let’s get to it…

This happy little thing is the Fitbit Zip!

After everyone going crazy for exercise and tracking health routines, I started using my phone as a pedometer to try and reach 10,000 steps a day. I’d been doing this for about a year when I had a meeting with my paediatrician earlier this month who mentioned it as a way to build up strength and stamina post-proton therapy. He highly recommended the Fitbit and so when my Mum’s lovely friend offered me one for absolutely free – I jumped at the chance!

The difference between the Fitbit and my phone pedometer is absolutely phenomenal. It clips to your belt/bra/tshirt or whatever else and you can’t even remember that it’s there! Along with the Fitbit app, you can track your progress, compete with friends, set goals and even log your daily food/ water, and if you don’t have the Fitbit, the app is still available to download for free from the App Store. imageHonestly, this thing has been a real game changer for me and the amount of times I’ve gone to bed late just to reach my steps goal is ridiculous! The Zip is about £40-£50 from most online shops but if you don’t want to fork out that sort of money then I would recommend downloading the app on your phone or iPod. The weather is just getting a bit more bearable, so get your comfy gear on and go for a nice evening walk with a friend or family member! 👭

imageThe second recommendation on my list is this Floral Lace Swing Vest from Primark. They’re all so beautiful and comfy (I have them in 4 different colours lol!) and for £4 it’s an absolute bargain!

Also from the fabulous Primani are these gorgeous sandals. As a pocket money earning teenager, I have to rely on my lovely Mummy for most items of clothing (unless I really do not need it!) and so for the most part, my wardrobe is made up of Primark and designer bits that we’ve found at the car boot sales. imageMy absolute favourite pair of shoes at the moment are these Black Flower Sandals which were only £6! They are ever so comfy and let’s be honest – they’re just so pretty! I am totally in love with these but if black isn’t your colour then they have these in plenty of others as well!

Seriously guys, get yourselves down to a Primark!

As an Avon representative, I might be slightly biased, but recently I have been loving this imageCollapsible Drinks Dispenser. With my incredible thirst and Diabetes Insipidus (yet another thing Colin has given me!) I am constantly drinking, and if it’s not cold, it doesn’t work. So I’ve been filling this dispenser with water and lemon slices so that I have the most yummy cold infused water- literally on tap!

It would be absolutely perfect for a summer picnic, as it hold up to 5 litres, and when you’re all done, it folds right back up again (not to try and add in any shameless advertising, but if you want to order it then you can CLICK HERE to get it for just £8!)

The final thing on my favourites this month is the Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser.image Literally the worst thing about summer is having to moisturise more regularly because you’ve got it all on show (I feel your pain girls!)

…But alas, a solution to our dry skin problems. The Nivea In-Shower Body Moisturiser is the most amazing thing I think I have ever discovered. You shower as usual and have a good old wash with your favourite shower gel, then rub this moisturiser all over you (yes, you can even use it on your face) and then rinse it off gently with the shower. THAT IS LITERALLY IT GUYS – IS THAT NOT THE MOST AMAZING THING EVER?!  I am a very happy and moisturised bunny this month 🐰🐰🐰
